During term-time University staff and students are welcome to attend these free mindfulness sessions which are open to beginners as well as experienced practitioners. We offer these sessions at various locations across the University. Mindfulness is led by Dr Avinash Bansode, University's Honorary Mindfulness Chaplain.

The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, Easter Bush Campus, on Tuesdays from 13.10-14.00 and 14:10-15:00.
The Mary Brück Building Chaplaincy, Kings' Buildings Campus, Common Room on Wednesdays from 14:10-15:00.
The Bristo Square Chaplaincy, Central Campus, Room 1, Thursdays from 13:10-14:00.
The Chancellor's Building, Royal Infirmary, Little France on Fridays from 13:10-14:00.
