Chaplaincy rooms can sometimes be booked by student societies and other groups.
We are first and foremost a provision for university students and staff and can accept only those bookings that will not disrupt the daily running of the service. During semester the Chaplaincy Centre at Bristo Square is open for bookings Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm. Please note that the building opens at 9.30am but the first booking is from 10am.
During semester time the Chaplaincy Rooms at King’s Buildings are open for bookings Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm. Please note the building is accessible 8.30am-5pm. If you hold a University card, it is possible to have a code added which allows access the building outside of these hours.
The Chaplaincy Centre is not available for bookings over the summer, as our spaces are all in use for the Festival.
