Robin Sellar

MRC Centre for Reproductive Health are sad to share news that the Centre’s much valued colleague, Robin Sellar has passed away after a long illness.

Robin retired from the University of Edinburgh in December 2018 following a successful career as a key member of the research community.

Immunohistology and Imaging facility manager, Mike Millar who worked closely with Robin commented at the time of Robin’s retirement “What characterises Robin through this journey has been his selflessness and dedication to his family and colleagues, always putting them first. We miss him in the workplace, as a friend and colleague.” The Centre would like to echo this sentiment at this time and offer our deepest condolences to his family.

Robin’s funeral will be held on 12 September at Warriston Crematorium, Edinburgh and loved ones have requested family flowers only.
