For many people within Edinburgh’s homeless community, pets can be the only source of support and companionship.
Our pop-up veterinary clinic, All4Paws recognises this. Set up and run by students and staff from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, the clinic treats the pets of vulnerably housed and homeless people in Edinburgh who can’t access veterinary care.
The pandemic has placed huge pressures on the clinic’s finances, yet the need to deliver care remains as urgent as ever.
Your support today will help us will help us get our clinics up and running as soon as we can, and reach out to the people and animals who depend on our care and assistance.
How your gift helps
- £30 will pay for a dog’s food for one month
- £50 will help to pay for a dog’s vaccination and flea and worming treatment
- £200 will help pay for a dog to be neutered
- £500 will help to pay for an animal’s x-rays and minor surgery
- £1,500 will help to pay for major surgery on an animal and help to save its life
