Anatomy@Edinburgh joined colleagues from the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine on Tuesday 15th August for Terrific Scientific: The Human Body with BBC at the Edinburgh Festivals.
A variety of activities were on offer for the whole family, including; anatomical face and bodypainting, a paper activity looking at the anatomy of the hand and dissection of a pig’s heart by one of our anatomists. These activities were designed for members of the public to get hands on and learn more about their anatomy and how we work in a fun and engaging way. Another successful anatomy public engagement!
