Richard Ribchester receives MRC grant
June: Congratulations to Richard Ribchester (CIP) who has been awarded an MRC grant
The grant of £824K will fund a study to understand and develop novel therapies for treatment of muscle paralysis caused by exposure to organophosphorus pesticides. This is a collaborative project with Professor Michael Eddleston and Professor Richard Clutton. Prof Richard Ribchester is the lead PI and the project is entitled "Pathogenesis of neuromuscular synaptic dysfunction and transmission failure in organophosphate toxicity".
