Obtain official student documents and find the form you need for your circumstances.
Always talk to your Personal Tutor, Supervisor or Programme Director, if you are experiencing problems with your studies. You can also talk to your Senior Personal Tutor.
If something outwith your control is affecting your studies, talk to your Personal Tutor and complete the Special Circumstances form with their assistance.
If you submitted work late because something outwith your control affected your studies, talk to your Personal Tutor and complete the Late Coursework Submission form.

Complete a Leave of Absence form with your Supervisor and Programme Director.
Students who are required to leave University locations for any reason, including projects or placements, should complete a Leave of Absence form in conjunction with their Supervisor and Programme Director including a timeline of communication points. These will be monitored and used as attendance checkpoints.

If you need to take a temporary break from your studies, speak to your Personal Tutor AND your Senior Personal Tutor. They'll help you to complete an Interruption of Studies request form.
If you are considering withdrawing from your studies, please speak to your Personal Tutor or Supervisor AND your Senior Personal Tutor. Complete a Withdrawal from Studies form with your Personal Tutor.
This form must be completed by any student choosing to withdraw.
