Edinburgh Anatomy Workshops
Anatomy workshops for the public
Understanding your body
Are you interested in how the body works?
Are you fascinated by all things 'anatomical'?
The Anatomy staff at Edinburgh University invite you to join them for the third year of ground-breaking anatomy workshops.
Spend a day at one of the country's oldest medical schools, learning about the human body through a series of lectures and hands-on practical sessions, led by our expert anatomists.
Lunch will be served in the anatomical museum where you will be able to see more historical items. The museum is currently only open to the public once a month so this allows a rare opportunity to spend some time looking at the history of medical teaching in the University.
This unique experience is limited to 25 places. Each workshop can be attended as a stand alone educational experience or all six can be combined as an unrivalled course in how your body functions.
Anatomy Workshop Dates 2018:
10th March - Upper Limb
21st April - Lower Limb
12th May - Nervous System & Back
23rd June - Chest
15th September - Abdomen & Pelvis

Due to the nature of the course there will be exposure to human cadaveric material. Course participants must be over 16 years of age. No photography is permitted.
