If you have a Covid-19 replated project please consider applying to the UKRI ongoing call. Eleanor Riley and Richard Kenway are on the UKRI task force and advise that the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks and the size of the application is a couple of pages. Criteria are: Must be an urgent question that needs addressing now; practical impact within 12-18month. Sample collection is not eligible. Project is ~£200k-£300k but some larger ones might be pump primed and considered. - RSE Research Re-Boot (Covid-19 IMPACT) Research Grant – provides financial backing for academics of up to £25,000 to restart existing research or kick-start new work. Deadline: 3 March 21
