Undergraduate Linguistics Association of Britain 2020 Conference

The Undergraduate Linguistics Association of Britain (ULAB) hosts a conference every year at which undergraduate students can present their research in linguistics and other related fields. ULAB is the perfect setting for students to develop their presentation skills, widen networks and gain a higher understanding of linguistics.

The focus of the conference is on undergraduate research, which will be presented through talks or posters. There will also be three plenary speakers discussing their current research, as well as various workshops and panel discussions relating to linguistics. Beyond the conference itself, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in social activities to meet students from different institutions.

There will be a plenary speaker for each day of the conference, as well as various workshops and discussion panels covering a broad range of fields of linguistics.

The bulk of the conference will consist of undergraduate talks and posters, which will be announced after the abstract submission deadline.

In the evenings there will be a variety of social activities, including a conference dinner. These will be confirmed at a later date. They are optional and may include additional charge.
