The Bayes Centre: Bookable Desks
Find information on the Bayes Centre bookable desks and links to make a booking.
We are pleased to launch the new Bayes Desk booking system to Members, Partners and Accelerator participants as part of our new post-COVID operating model. The introduction of this new system allows us to provide a more responsive and flexible model for our Members allowing you to book and pay for the desks you require, when you need them. For our Partners, this allows you to flex your building footprint beyond your rented office space when you need it by booking and paying for additional desks for your staff or occasional visitors.
Before you can book a desk you must ensure that you have read and followed the Guide for Residents returning to the Bayes Centre and followed the Building Access Process.
When accessing the Bayes Centre building, you must use the University of Edinburgh Building Occupancy sign in App.
Members and Partners
Bookable desks for Partners and Members are now available for booking within area 4.1 and 4.35 on Level 4 of the Bayes Centre. (Chargeable desks)
Accelerator Participants and Graduates
Bookable desks for Accelerator Participants and Graduates are now ready for booking. (Complimentary desks)
Please note that you will only be given access to book the relevant desks in the booking system, as appropriate.
Please read the below guidelines for how to use the system and the relevant Terms and Conditions which you agree to adhere to when using the system.
