Abstract:

Petra Molnar is a lawyer and researcher specializing in migration, technology, and human rights.  She co-runs the Refugee Law Lab at York University and is a Faculty Associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University. Her study of the human rights impacts of AI and automated technologies on migration control is presented in her new book The Walls Have Eyes: Surviving Migration in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.
