2017 Post-Offer Visit days

The College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences is delighted to offer two Post-Offer Visit days this year.

These visits are by invitation for all who have received an offer of a place on participating undergraduate programmes for 2017 entry.

McEwan Hall

Dates

They will be held on:

  • Wednesday 29 March 2017
  • Wednesday 5 April 2017

About the days

These are the perfect opportunity to see and hear more about what is on offer both at the University of Edinburgh and in our sensational city. We hope you will be able to join us. Please see 'Your Post-Offer Visit Programme' on the sidebar to find out the exact schedules for the respective dates.

You will be asked to book your place and the link to the booking system will be sent out to all offer holders. As a general guide all the events happening at the Post-Offer Visit Days are optional and you will be encouraged to build up your own programme for the day. The days start at 9.30am and will go on until  4.30pm. It is not necessary to attend for the full day but we would encourage you to use your time visiting the University of Edinburgh fully. There will be a range of events including a Central Services Information Fair, a range of talks and opportunities to visit your chosen Subject Areas, Accommodation Services, the Centre for Sport and Exercise and the Library.

Participating degree programmes

Post-Offer Visits are running for all undergraduate programmes in Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, except Childhood Practice BA (Ord), Physical Education MA (Hons), Community Education BA (Hons), Primary Education PGDE, Secondary Education PGDE and Nursing. Some of these programmes have their own applicant days as part of their admissions process. Please note that Art and Design (including Fine Art) programmes will only be participating in the Post-Offer Visit Day on the 5th April.
