MediaTalent

Overview

An innovative and in-depth media training programme helping academics turn their ideas into stories

MediaTalent is a multi-platform training programme which connects academics with the media.

MediaTalent trains staff on how to approach broadcast interviews, helps them write incisive opinion pieces, and introduces them to some top journalists and producers.

Run by the College’s PR and Media team, it helps academics to tell their stories for different outlets, including social media, podcasts, radio documentaries and opinion pieces.

Award winning

MediaTalent training has been recognised as a winner in the EUPRIO (European Universities Public Information Officers) Awards.

The annual awards showcase original and innovation communications projects from universities across Europe.
