Deposit Refund Policy
Information regarding the refund of deposits.
Applicants requesting a refund for any reason within seven working days of making the payment will be refunded in full.
Refund requests received more than seven days after making the payment will only be considered if the applicant has failed to meet the conditions or if the applicant's visa application has been rejected. No other reason will be eligible for a refund.
Proof must be provided and should consist of a copy of the official documentation received, for instance from the British High Commission for visas.
Applicants whose visa application is rejected due to fraudulent documentation or due to conditions that the applicant could have foreseen will not be eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely event that the programme is cancelled a full refund of the deposit will be made.
