3. Tune in to Sharing things - a new University podcast

3. A new podcast for Edinburgh people

Sharing things, our new podcast, launches on Thursday 26 September. The nine-part series will explore Edinburgh people and what makes them tick through a conversation between two people – whether student, staff or graduate. Episode one features guests Prince Chakanyuka and Kezia Dugdale who talk about staple diets, bringing diversity to politics, Gordon Aikman, childhood and more.

Alumni are invited to attend an event in Paris on Thursday 10 October hosted by the League of European Research Universities (LERU) and taking place at Sorbonne University from 5.30pm until 8.15pm. The evening will include a drinks reception and a keynote speech by Professor Raja Chatila, Director of Sorbonne's Institute of Intelligent Systems and Robotics. If you would like to attend please email your details to kate.stewart@ed.ac.uk
