Wanted: Female role models

Have you reached a stage in your career where you feel you could share your experiences with other women who are in need of advice, to help them reach their potential?

Open Windows Network

Do you know a woman who could serve as a role model for others, but who may not realise how inspirational she is?

Could you yourself benefit from a connection with a female role model who represents your own definition of ‘success’ (whatever that may be)?

Would you like to be part of a network of like-minded women who are committed to supporting and celebrating women’s achievements?

Women at early stages of their careers are in dire need of real female role models.

Open Windows is an initiative to promote women's career and personal success. Its aim is to highlight examples of successful women, and to establish a supportive network that is open to all who could derive inspiration and benefit from it.

We are calling for women to identify a female role model who represents both professional and personal fulfilment and to 'shadow' this inspirational woman - spending time in her presence and learning the secrets of her success!

This unique learning experience will be shared with the entire network, extending the benefits widely to other women. The process will culminate with a fabulous 'Glittering Event' where shadowers and role models will have the opportunity to network.

If you are willing to be shadowed, know of a good potential role model, or indeed, are interested in shadowing an inspiring role model of your choice, we would like to hear from you!
