Alumni reception in Toronto

The event will take place from 6:15pm to 8:30pm and will be hosted by Senior Vice Principal, Professor Charlie Jeffery, and Vice Principal International, Professor James Smith. 

Professor Jeffery will provide an overview of recent landmark achievements at the University as well as exciting future developments.  Professor Smith will discuss the University’s global aspirations. Following the talks, there will be a drinks and canapés reception, providing you with the opportunity to socialise with alumni from the local area, to celebrate the University of Edinburgh and to meet friends, old and new.

The University has been welcoming Canadian students for hundreds of years and is one of the most popular choices for Canadian students in the UK. We currently have over 3,500 alumni residing in Canada and we look forward to welcoming many of you to this event.

The event is free but please register in advance. The dress code is business attire.
