The University of Edinburgh offers two tuition fee scholarship schemes for alumni of the University.
Graduate Scholarship Scheme
In response to the current unprecedented economic climate, the University is now offering a 20% scholarship in postgraduate degree tuition fees for all alumni who have graduated with an undergraduate degree from the University of Edinburgh.
This 20% scholarship is only for alumni who commence programme in the 2020/21 academic session and will apply for the duration of the programme commenced.
Alumni (Visiting Undergraduate) Scholarship Scheme
The University of Edinburgh offers a 10% scholarship in postgraduate degree tuition fees for all students who have previously matriculated on a "Visiting Programme" as an undergraduate student and completed a minimum of one semester of study at the University of Edinburgh.
The University of Edinburgh offers a range of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs).
MOOCs are freely accessible and open-licensed short courses, delivered to large cohorts of learners fully online. To date, more than 2 million people have signed up to Edinburgh courses across a broad range of subject areas, and they form part of the University's commitment to knowledge exchange and community outreach.
Online learning has become a very popular mode to study at the University and there are several postgraduate avenues you can take. You can choose an online degree from a broad range of subject areas - including at masters, diploma or certificate level - or take a short credit-bearing course.
You can continue your research and studies, and enrich your mind with alumni access to an archive of online journals including the University library's eResources and JSTOR.
