Edinburgh Gaelic Week
Seachdain na Gàidhlig | Dùn Èideann (Edinburgh Gaelic Week) is an annual festival celebrating the Gaelic community in Edinburgh, past and present.
Edinburgh Gaelic Week (Seachdain na Gàidhlig | Dùn Èideann) was founded at the University of Edinburgh in 2014 and is an annual festival celebrating the Gaelic community in Edinburgh, past and present. The festival is run by a committee of volunteers currently chaired by the University's Gaelic Officer, with events run by organisations and individuals from across the city.
We’re always looking for more volunteers to join the committee. The time commitment is low for most of the year, and we are an enthusiastic and creative bunch. Please get in touch if you are interested, or if you'd like to organise an event during the festival. Keep updated with Edinburgh Gaelic Week on social media.
