This plan builds on the success of our first Gaelic Language Plan 2013-2018 by developing successful projects further and setting out a clear path for our contribution to revitalising the Gaelic Language in Scotland in line with the National Gaelic Language Plan and the Gaelic Language Act (Scotland) 2005.

The actions included in this plan cover all aspects of our operations and outline how we aim to raise the profile of Gaelic and create opportunities for its use.

 

We are grateful for your feedback. Submissions will be accepted until 5pm on Friday 20 September 2019. Submissions will be accepted in Gaelic and/or English. You may submit using the consultation form below or by writing to bria.mason (at) ed.ac.uk.

 

We would like to ask you to fill in a short form to tell us a little about you. You do not have to give your name or any personal details unless you want to. Personal data will be held until the final plan is published, expected in November 2019. At this point we will anonymise the responses.
