The Advice Place is the free advice and information centre for all students at the University. The service is run by EUSA and offers independent and confidential advice.

Get in touch if you have questions about University life, from finance and funding, accommodation and tenancy to health and well being. We also have specialist Academic Advisers, who can offer guidance on issues related to your studies.

The Student Counselling Service

Our free, confidential service provides professional short-term help for any personal concerns, whether or not they are related to study.

We also offer a range of self-help workshops and literature.

Our counsellors are experienced and professionally trained.

The Health Centre

The University Health Centre is an independent NHS partnership.

To use this service you must register with the practice and live within the practice area.

Accommodation Services

For those of you staying in University accommodation, our Residence Life team will help you in the transition from home to University, and throughout your time with us.

Professionally trained Accommodation Managers and Wardens are supported by a network of older students who are on hand to deal with any issues you may have.

The Chaplaincy Centre

Our Chaplaincy Centre provides a meeting place for groups and individuals of any religious allegiance. The Chaplain, and our team of multi-faith honorary chaplains, offer support and guidance to all students.

The University’s popular outdoor Labyrinth is in George Square Gardens and gives students and visitors some time to reflect, focus and relax during a busy day.
