From help with choosing your course to improving your writing, support and advice is available throughout your studies.
Our Student Guidance Advisor, Suzanne Spalding, can provide advice and information on all aspects of studying including course choices and financial assistance.
Course Organisers can help you especially with questions about the academic content of courses. You can contact course organisers on +44 (0)131 650 4400 or by email.
We have a part-time Writing Fellow, Andrew Greig, whose post is generously funded by the Royal Literary Fund. He can provide one-to-one help with writing regardless of the subject.
He is available on Mondays from 1pm - 7pm and on Tuesdays from 10am - 4pm.
Contact him for an appointment. It is helpful if you email a piece of writing in advance.
Your tutor can help you whilst you are on the course. He or she can answer any questions about your coursework and generally guide you in your studies.
Would you like to discover how to learn and become a confident student? Our Learning Afresh course could be for you.
Learning Afresh is designed for students who are thinking about joining the Access course or the Credit for Entry programme in September 2014 and who would like to brush up on their study skills.
