You can enrol and pay course fees online or in person.
Course fees must be paid in full before you attend a course.
You can book and pay for courses online and view detailed course information using our course catalogue and online bookings system.
Please note, if you fall into any of the categories below you will not be able to book a course online and must therefore use one of the alternative methods of enrolment:
You can enrol in person at the Open Studies Reception during office hours (9.15am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday).
You can enrol for all our courses by post at any time. Complete the enrolment form and return it with a cheque to cover course fees.
Your class receipt and a course information sheet will be forwarded to you.
There is an enrolment form in the Open Studies brochure. However, if you do not have a copy of the brochure or have already used the enrolment form it is also available to download in PDF (requires a PDF viewer such as Adobe Reader).
Refunds are normally only available if we have to cancel a course. Please note that this may take the University several weeks to process.
Please note that courses require a minimum number of enrolments. Normally classes which do not reach this will be cancelled no later than the day before they are due to start.
Where a course continues in the January or April session and is open to new enrolments, we cannot hold or guarantee places for those completing previous sessions. Students wishing to take linked courses are advised to enrol for all parts as soon as possible.
