Access & Credit Study

Part-time credit study is for those looking to gain entry to a University degree, accumulate academic credits towards a certificate or for personal interest.

Our programmes include a mixture of credit and non-credit courses. Students who enrol on a credit course will be expected to complete the course for credit. This involves matriculating as a University of Edinburgh Student.

All credit courses are approved at SCQF Level 7 - the equivalent of first year studies in an undergraduate degree.

We are holding Access and Credit for Entry Information Sessions on Monday 22 May 2017 - find out more information here.
