Your letter of offer will, for the purposes of determining fees, have you classified as one of the following:

Note that Channel Islands and Isle of Man students on postgraduate programmes pay fees at the overseas rate.

Online learning programmes have a fixed fee level regardless of your Tuition fee status. They are not determined by your country of domicile.
