Introduction

Opportunities exist in all our schools to undertake supervised research at either doctoral or masters level.

The PhD degree may be awarded for work done in any School of the University.

We offer the degree of MSc by Research in all disciplines and MTh by Research in Divinity.

MPhil by Thesis candidates pursue a research project under supervision and submit a thesis.

Our research programmes provide you with the opportunity to work alongside some of the most influential academics in your field.
