Entrance requirements
IEAP is available to international applicants who despite meeting the entry requirements for their chosen postgraduate masters degree, fall short of the English language requirement.
Applicants for IEAP must :
- Be from a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
- Have successfully completed and been awarded their undergraduate degree
- Be slightly below the required English language level for the postgraduate degree programme of their choice
- Have taken an English language test within two years of the start date of the postgraduate masters programme for which they are applying
- Have been awarded a conditional offer for postgraduate study at the University (with the only condition being the need to meet the English language requirement)
English language levels
Applicants for IEAP must have an IELTS (or TOEFL equivalent) score which is only slightly lower than the English language entry requirement for the postgraduate masters for which they have applied.
