National qualifications
Applicants with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or A-Levels can be considered for admission to Undergraduate degree programmes at the University of Edinburgh.
Students who have completed Bhutan Higher Secondary Education Certificate (BHSEC) would normally be expected to undertake a Foundation or bridging programme before being eligible for admission to an undergraduate study at Edinburgh.
However, for some Science/Engineering related degrees, very high grades in the required subjects may be considered.
The Indian School Certificate may also be considered for direct entry to degree study.
