Students will study a range of arts and social science subjects during the course.

In term one of the course, you are introduced to a range of arts and social science subjects. In terms two and three you study two of these subjects in greater depth.
In addition to the arts and social science provision, all students attend classes in study skills and, in term one, numeracy.
There is no formal assessment in the first part of the course, though you must meet a minimum 'Due Performance' requirement to progress to term two.
The work covered in term two will be assessed via a combination of essays and examinations.
Offers of places on degree courses will be conditional on the grades gained in these assessments.
