Alternative funding support for UK/EU students for the 2017-2018 academic year.
The Scottish Government recently announced (January 2017) an increase in postgraduate funding support for eligible Scotland domiciled and EU students.
The support will allow eligible Scotland domiciled students access to a loan of up to £10,000 (£5,500 for tuition fees and £4,500 for living costs) and to EU postgraduate students a tuition fee loan of £5,500.
This announcement follows an earlier funding package agreed by the UK Government for UK Nationals who have most recently been resident in England. Eligible students will be able to apply for postgraduate loan support of up to £10,000.
Further details on both loan schemes can be found at:
Please note that the University will not be offering any UK/EU Masters Scholarships in 2017-2018.
