Cancellation Policy

There is a high demand for counselling appointments. Short notice cancellations can mean we are unable to offer the appointment slot to another student and consequently lengthen waiting times for students on our waiting list.

If you cannot attend your appointment please let us know at least 48 hours beforehand, so that we can arrange another appointment for you.

If you don't keep an appointment without giving 48 hours notice the appointment may count as one of your short term counselling sessions.

If you serially don't keep appointments we may not be able to offer you further counselling appointments.

If you simply don't turn up for an appointment we will wait for you to contact us.
