It is the University’s policy to issue all accommodation offers and receive all acceptances online.
Therefore, when submitting an accommodation application, you must provide an email address at which you can be contacted throughout the summer from June to September.
When you receive an offer of accommodation you will also receive details about how to accept it, the pre-payment (if applicable), your payment options and what happens if you reject or cancel your accommodation.
Offers of accommodation are usually sent out from the end of June onwards for all students who have applied by the required date and whose place at the University is Unconditional Firm (UF).
Applicantions from undergraduate students holding conditional firm (CF) or conditional insurance (CI) offers will not be processed until their offer becomes UF.
For more information about when you are likely to hear the result of your application, please see the Accommodation Services website.
Offers of accommodation are sent out on a rolling basis for all students who have applied by the required date and whose place at the University is UF.
