Pilates for beginners

Pilates relies on strengthening core postural muscles and developing alignment and awareness.

We offer separate Pilates workshops for beginner and intermediate levels, as well as mixed ability classes, which typically run for five-week blocks.

Booking:

We are now accepting bookings for the following Pilates workshops. Course fees for these five-week workshops are:

  • Members: £40.00
  • Non-members: £50.00
