Gym Challenge Week 24-31 October '16

How fast can you run 1km? How many squats or pull-ups can you manage in 1 minute? Come find out at the Pleasance Gym.

From Monday 24 to Monday 31 October, we’re challenging our members to see how fast they can run 1km and how many pull ups or squats they can complete in 1 minute. The challenges are open to everybody and there will be participation rewards for everyone who takes part. We’ve also got some fantastic goodie bag prizes for the overall winners of the challenges. Ask any member of the gym team for more information.
