Website Support Clinics

Our one-to-one Website Support Clinic are open to all web editors.

Book an appointment to meet with a staff member at our weekly support clinic to discuss a range of issues, EdWeb-related or otherwise. You can come in for anything from five minutes to three hours at a time to discuss things like:

  • editing and publishing in EdWeb
  • setting site objectives
  • planning and structuring content
  • Google Analytics
  • appraising your site

I found the session really, really helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to attend another session. Thanks a million!

When and where

The sessions run mainly on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday online or at Argyle House, 3 Lady Lawson Street.

What can't we help with?

We can't provide any technical help with a service that isn't part of the supported CMS. If you need this kind of support, please contact the IS Helpline. The University Tech Peer Group may also be a useful resource.
