Initial training
To gain access to Polopoly, you need to attend both the Regular Polopoly system training and our editorial session, Writing for the Web.
Polopoly training
We run regular Polopoly training sessions, using a mix of presentation and self study. To book onto a Polopoly training course, please get in touch with Polopoly Support. A list of training dates, and further information, is on the Polopoly support wiki.
Writing for the Web
You will also need to complete our editorial session, Writing for the Web. This is a two hour, non-technical session, run about once a month. You can book via MyEd.
Access to Polopoly
Once you have completed both courses, please email Polopoly Support, copying in your lead publisher and letting us know what areas of the website you need editing and/or publishing rights for.
We will then give you access to the live Polopoly system and add you to our mailing lists, and you will have access to our free ongoing support.
