Key dates in the application process.
The first year of the Graduate Entry Programme (GEP) begins in August and is five weeks longer than the normal academic year to allow all key areas to be covered

- 15 October: Application deadline for UCAS applications
- Selection process begins
November
- Selection process continues
- 1st November: Deadline for work experience references and additional documentation to be included with application
December
- Offers made to graduate applicants
January
- Offers made to graduate applicants
- Reception in Edinburgh for those holding an offer (date to be confirmed)
March
- School open day (date to be confirmed)
- 31 March: Deadline for us to make all decisions about applications received before 15 October
May
- 1 May: Deadline for deposit and financial guarantee form
June
- University-wide open day (date to be confirmed)

- 31 July: Deadline for additional work experience conditions (if required)
