Overview
Researchers, both internal and external, have access to a wide range of Histological Techniques provided by the Veterinary Pathology Unit.
We have the experience to supply advice wherever it is required, whether from simply how best to prepare samples for processing, to more technical areas, for example, fixation, staining, immunohistochemistry and cryotomy, in addition to many other histological procedures where our specialist knowledge may prove invaluable. We can also provide advice from pathologists ranging from basic guidance to full collaboration on projects. More details of this will be given on our website soon.
Basic costs for a variety of Histological services are outlined on the following pages. However, we also offer complete packages from processing of samples to finished slides for any size of project so come and speak to us as enquiries are welcome!
