The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies provides a number of postgraduate training positions.
Senior Clinical Scholarships (residencies) are typically three year posts and lead to obtaining a specialist qualification. We currently run residency programmes in the following:
* While these residency programmes focus on either Canine or Feline Internal Medicine, they include sufficient access to the opposite species to ensure they comply with ECVIM guidelines.

These are year long positions and are suitable for recent graduates.
We currently offer four Rotating Junior Clinical Scholarships in the Hospital for Small Animals. The scholarships provide support for our referral services and out of hours emergency care for our first opinion services (dog, cat and exotics species). These posts offer a suitable initial training programme for those considering a residency in a number of clinical areas. These posts are usually advertised in February/March of each year.

Tuition fees are paid by the School at the University's current rate for home students. Applications from non-EU citizens can be considered, but they will be required to pay the difference between home and overseas fees.
