Commuter cycle training

Do you have a bike but need a confidence boost before hitting the road? Why not attend one of the University's cycle training courses.

The course is designed for staff and students who are relatively new to cycling and want to improve their confidence and roadskills to enable them to cycle to work or study.

Designed by Cycling Scotland and delivered by trained cycle instructors from the Centre for Sport and Exercise, the course equips participants with a riding strategy that can be applied to any traffic situation.

It is delivered both in the classroom and on the road.
