You are entitled to be charged the same level of tuition fees as Scottish students.
First degree students from the rest of the EU studying in Scotland are entitled to have their tuition fees paid by the Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS), if they are an EU national, or the family member of an EU national.
EU students who have been ordinarily resident in the UK for three years prior to the commencement of their programme of study, and resident in Scotland by the first day of the first academic year of their programme, may be entitled to apply for student support.
This would be a Student Loan, Young Student’s Bursary and any supplementary grants that may apply.
Further details on loans for EU students can be found on the SAAS website.
