A number of Master's Scholarships are available for the 2015-2016 academic session at the University of Edinburgh.
Scholarships are available to UK and EU students already accepted on a full-time Master's degree programme in any subject offered by the University.
The scholarships will cover the UK/EU tuition fee up to £8,100. The award of your scholarship will be automatically deducted from your tuition fee.
The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit with candidates requiring a first-class or upper second-class (2:1) honours degree from a UK university or overseas equivalent.
Students accepted on an online distance learning programme are not eligible to apply.
To apply for a scholarship you must first apply for admission for an eligible programme of study at the University of Edinburgh.
Once you have applied for admission you will receive your University Username (UUN). Your UUN is the letter 's' followed by your matriculation number; for example, s0987654.
Only applicants who have received an offer of admission (conditional or unconditional) on the closing date of the scholarship will be considered by the panel.
Eligible students should complete an online scholarship application before the application deadline of 1 May 2015.
Please note that you will not be able to access the online application form unless you have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh and have full EASE authentication.
A Selection Committee will meet in May 2015 to select the scholarship holders with the winners of the scholarships being announced by mid June 2015.
