Formula Santander Scholarships
Are you planning or spending a full year studying abroad? If you are studying at a Santander approved University, why not apply for a Formula Santander Scholarship.
The University of Edinburgh is excited to announce the availability of three scholarships to enable students to study abroad during the 2012-2013 academic session.
Each scholarship has a value of 5,000 euros.
Eligibility
The scholarship supports undergraduate students domiciled in the UK who wish to undertake a full year studying abroad at an approved Santander university in one of the countries listed below:
- Argentina
- Brazil
- Chile
- China
- Colombia
- Mexico
- Peru
- Portugal
- Puerto Rico
- Russia
- Spain
- Uruguay
- United States
- Venezuela

Applying
The deadline for submitting applictions has now passed. No further applications will be accepted at this time.
The successful candidates will each be required to write a brief, formal report (including details of how the scholarship was spent) on their return to the University of Edinburgh (to be submitted by 1st September 2013) and a case study of their experiences as a study abroad student for publication on the Exchanges website.
Details and guidance about the format and content of these two reports will be provided to the successful candidates. Neither report will be expected to exceed 2,000 words in length. The case study should include photographs.
