From 1st August disabled students from eca will be able to access support from the Student Disability Service (SDS) located in the Main Library building, in George Square.
The service supports all disabled students at the University of Edinburgh who wish to access support. All eca students who currently have support in place will be contacted over a period of several weeks, by an Advisor at the University of Edinburgh Student Disability Service, from 1 August onwards.
Any existing support arrangements, such as exam support or provision of a Student Support Assistant/Non-Medical Personal Helper should remain in place, unless they are no longer required.
There is unlikely to be any change to the financial support for disabled students, whether you are a UK student receiving Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) or a European Union or international student.
