The Student Disability Service produces an Annual Report for consideration by the University's Senatus Quality Assurance Committee. The report is an overview of our recent activities.

This annual report was produced in May 2007. The report spans the 18 month period from August 2005 to January 2007. The majority of student statistics reflect the year 2006-07; however for some statistics where data from a complete year is required, the 12 month academic year from August 2005 - July 2006 is used and noted in the text.
As a service provider for over 6% of the student population the Student Disability Service (formerly Disability Office) helps to enable disabled students to participate in the mainstream of academic life.
The aim of the Student Disability Service is to create an environment which enables disabled students to participate fully in the mainstream of academic life.
