We offer short-term counselling, specialist counselling (cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), email counselling and hypnotherapy). We also run a programme of workshops and groups for matriculated students.
You may feel homesick, anxious or that a situation is causing you to feel distressed, unhappy and/or stuck. Our counsellors will listen to your problems and try to discover what lies behind what is troubling you.
