Living life to the full is a cognitive behavioural (CBT) course which we successfully ran three times at Edinburgh University and for which we received very positive feedback from students.
The course provided a framework to tackle problems associated with low mood and mild to moderate depression as well as anxiety, stress and unhelpful thinking styles.
The aim was to help manage low mood and depression differently, to develop confidence and self esteem and to work towards a more balanced and enjoyable approach to life.
