The Academic Registry provides the University's staff, students, applicants, graduates, and relevant external agencies with a high quality service in relation to registration/matrictulation, student support and fees, examinations and graduations, systems development, data management and other student administration matters.

Rio is responsible for directing the activities of Academic Registry to ensure the delivery of a fair, fast, friendly, fit for purpose, and customer focused service to a diverse range of customers and partners across the University, especially students and academic and administrative staff in Colleges and Schools.
Rio initiates, implements and delivers change so that the business processes of Academic Registry meet the needs of its clients and the new Student Record System.
