Vehicle hire
The Centre for Sport and Exercise has six minibuses available for hire to University of Edinburgh students and staff.
Who can hire?
Vehicles are available for hire throughout the year and are used mainly by Sports Union clubs and societies to transport teams and groups to competitions, events, or to specialised training facilities.
Sports Transport Pool (STP) vehicles can also be hired by University departments, although vehicles are prioritised for sport.
Hire costs
The costs from 1 August 2012 are as follows:

When to book
Bookings for semester 2, commencing January 2013, are now being accepted.
Bookings for Semester 1, commencing September 2013, will be accepted from 31 July 2013.
How to book
An application form for use of Sports Transport vehicles should be completed and returned to Duncan Veitch at the email address below.
You should download both documents. Complete and return the Minibus Hire Application form following the hire procedure outlined within the Minibus Hire Guidelines document.
